By using FunArena.com you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy also applies to users that have agreed to receive e-mail marketing from FunArena.com and joint marketing advertisers ("Advertisers") that collaborate with FunArena.com, whether at FunArena.com, via email, on third party websites, via co-registration or otherwise.

Information We Collect
FunArena.com gathers two basic types of information through the Site: Personally Identifiable Information (referred to hereafter as "PII") and Non-personal information. Personally identifiable information is information that identifies or can identify you as an individual (such as name, email address, telephone number, or billing information) and Non-Personal is aggregated information, demographic information, IP addresses and any other information that does not reveal your specific identity.
Registration: You may browse the Site and view content without registering, but as a condition to using certain aspects of the Site, you may be required to register with FunArena.com or you may join via various promotions or contests run by FunArena.com. You will be asked for PII as part of the registration process. FunArena.com requires that a user be sixteen (16) years of age or older, except in the state of Maine, where a user must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. PII collected at registration may include name, email address, telephone number, gender, birth date, age, street address, home town, country and postal code.
Additional PII: Additional PII may be collected through use of the site including responses to questions, taking quizzes, surveys or polls, or through various offers provided on site. FunArena.com may collect and retain PII relating to email marketing sent to, and opened by, users on our marketing list(s). FunArena.com may additionally run promotions that may ask for additional demographic data.
Non-personal information: When you visit and interact with the Site and third parties with whom FunArena.com has contracted to provide services to FunArena.com may collect Non-personal information (for example, a catalog of the Site pages you visit). Use of Collected Information
Marketing: PII you submit to FunArena.com remains your property, but by submitting PII to FunArena.com you grant FunArena.com the right to use that information for marketing purposes.
Your PII is used in a variety of other ways, including: ensuring better presentation of site content to match demographic interests, improving the site, contacting you regarding FunArena.com (including your registration with FunArena.com), and confirming user registration with FunArena.com.

FunArena.com may use your PII to fulfill your requests such as, to confirm your registration or fulfill your purchase.
Forms on the Site may sometimes be pre-populated with your PII in order to facilitate a transaction between you and FunArena.com
We may also use your PII for our internal business purposes, such as to target advertising, for data analysis, for audits, for fraud prevention and for other internal purposes.
Email This to a Friend: The Site may allow you to forward certain items posted on Site or links to Site features by email or other means to other parties who you believe may be interested. If you wish to use this feature, you may provide us with such other party's email address or other address, so that we can facilitate your sending of such message to such other party. To do so, any PII you provide in connection with sending such other party the message, such as your name and your email address will, of course, be disclosed to such other party. While, due to technical restrictions, the recipient's email address may be retained in our log files, we do not knowingly share it with third parties and we do not use this PII for any purpose except to send this message (unless the recipient has already consented to such use of his/her PII).
Online Surveys/Sweepstakes and Contests: From time to time, we conduct online surveys and offer online sweepstakes or contests on the Site (each, a "Promotion"), and we may collect PII in connection with the same. We may use your PII to contact you regarding your Promotion entry, or to contact you if you win a Promotion (if applicable). You should carefully review the rules, if any, of each Promotion in which you participate through the Site, as they may contain additional important information about FunArena.com use of your PII. To the extent such rules conflict with this Privacy Policy, such rules will govern that particular Promotion.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We only share PII with other companies or individuals outside of FunArena.com in the following limited circumstances:

Non-personal information: We may share aggregated, non-personal information about our user base with partners and advertisers, and to run promotions [in accordance with your preferences], and this may include demographics, usage, or characteristics of FunArena.com participants as a group. We may also share with Advertisers usage information about users who have received targeted promotional campaigns, for the purpose of formatting future campaigns and upgrading user information used in reporting statistics in accordance with your preferences. This information is collected by tracking some of the pages you visit on FunArena.com through the use of pixel tags (also called clear gifs).
Merger/Acquisitions: If FunArena.com becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will provide notice before PII is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Preferences/Opt Out
Opt-In Policy: If you provide us with your address, telephone number and/or email, you may receive occasional emailing from us or our agents with information on FunArena.com, new products, industry news, product features, and upcoming events. We send promotional email to our users, including users who have not opted out after having received promotional email from us.
To the extent we use PII to email you about our products and services, our email practices are in compliance with the U.S. SPAM laws.
Also, in any commercial email we send, you will be given the opportunity to opt out of receiving such messages in the future by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email that says "unsubscribe." It may take up to 10 days for us to process an opt-out request.
Please note that opting out of receiving promotional email communications will affect only future communications from us. If we already provided your information to a third party before you changed your preferences or updated your information, you may have to change your preferences directly with that third party as well.
Third Parties
Co-Branded Pages: We may enter into relationships with business partners, sponsors, and co-branded sites (referred to here as "co-branded pages"). These might include, for example, pages that share our name and that of another entity. There may be a specific privacy policy on any such co-branded page. Any PII that you provide when signing up at any co-branded page may be collected by, or shared with, our third party partner. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, our third party partners' use of your PII. Transactions With E-Commerce Partners, Vendors and Advertisers
When you provide PII to one of our Site's e-commerce partners, vendors or advertisers, this transaction will occur in connection with the site of the e-commerce partner, vendor or advertiser, not on the Site, and, as such, the PII you provide is collected pursuant to and controlled by the privacy policy of such e-commerce partner, vendor or advertiser. Accessing and updating PII

We will make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your PII and either correct this data if it is inaccurate or delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. We ask that you identify yourself and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required.
Data Integrity
We process PII only for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with this Policy. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the PII we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on you to update or correct your PII whenever necessary.
Use of This Site by Children
FunArena.com does not knowingly collect PII from minors under the age of 16. If you are under the age of 16, please do not provide us with your PII. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided us with their PII, please contact us at the address given above and we will delete that information from our databases.
